Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies for the market approach within an allocated strategic business area and be responsible for implementation
• Lead sales team to achieve sales and profitability target set to increase market share /sales in Thailand through maintain and enhance existing business and develop new business/ new application, retain existing customer and expand more customers  ,strong market knowledge product knowledge and customer knowledge  .
• Build up strong relationship with suppliers and key customers to maintain and increasing sales
• Be responsible for reports eg. Monthly Operating Report (MOR)  Supplier Marketing plan, Supplier Business review, Annual Sales Budget including overall strategic planning as well as key accounts business plans
• Improve working capital management (inventory, account receivable, account payable) so as to increase company profitability
• Ensure business is conducted in line with company regulation/procedures and propose improvement of and/or within the internal & external processes to MD, so as to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Science or related field.
• At least 5 Years’ experience n Business Development & Marketing or Technical Sales
• Have experience in Chemical Business would be an advantage
• Good Planning ,Negotiation & Management Skill
• Strong Decision Making & Problem Solving Skill
• Good Communication Skill
• Open Minded, Independent, Proactive and Innovative
