We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Product Owner to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of coin/token listings on the Bitkub Exchange. This role ensures a seamless experience for deposits, withdrawals, trading, and airdrops, while maintaining alignment with the overall listing roadmap and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of new coin/token listings, including deposits, withdrawals, trading, and airdrops, ensuring a smooth and secure user experience in line with the listing roadmap.
• Communicate listing plans, timelines, and updates to all relevant stakeholders, including Customer Support, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Track and monitor the status and performance of listed assets and issuers; prepare and present regular reports to the Listing Committee.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments of new assets proposed for listing on Bitkub Exchange.
• Perform comprehensive research on prospective digital assets using primary sources (e.g., whitepapers, GitHub, marketing content, social media), and engage with external project teams to gather insights.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Business Development, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology—to prioritize the listing pipeline and ensure efficient coordination.
• Manage and resolve incidents, system bugs, and ad-hoc initiatives to enhance the integrity, security, and efficiency of the coin/token listing process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, or a similar role, preferably in the fintech, exchange, or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset markets.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with compliance, risk assessment, or due diligence processes is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai is a strong advantage.
