• Ensuring the business objectives of the products monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Analyzing and forecasting market potentiality and competitors to develop short-term and
• long-term sales strategies.
• Coordinating with Marketing Department to ensure the enforce-ability and attainability of
• sales strategies.
• Researching and testing new sales directions (Auto sales, outsource ...), and developing sales
• management tools (CRM system, centralized management system).

• Age of 24 - 29, with strong leadership and management skills.
• At least 1 year of management in Sales & Marketing or 2 years management in other related
• fields (leading a team bigger than 10 staff is preferred)
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, commercial mindset.
• Native-Thai speaker and fluently in English is a must.
• Bachelor Degree in any fields
• MBA degree is a plus.
