Responsibilities :

• Research and provide initial legal opinion, keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations. Update the team as necessary.
• Organize and prepare document for Board of Directors and Shareholders Meeting and handle corporate registration.
• Support all works related to compliance development system.  
• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts and legal documents both in English and Thai.
• Support all works related to dispute and litigation, particularly those related to automotive laws and commercial transactions.
• Support trademark registration and land registration
• Collaborate with all internal departments, external parties and government authorities.

Qualifications :

• Age between 22-29 years old
• At least 1-3 years experience of legal and compliance in law firms, company, or automotive sector (corporate work, drafting contract, giving legal advice)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws and a strong academic record.
• Lawyer License is preferable.
• Proficient knowledge in corporate, business, and automotive laws.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with an ability to work effectively as a member of a team as well as independently
• Abilities to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• High responsibility, motivation, service-oriented mindset, positive attitude and good coordinator
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure, changing environments and uncertainty
