Responsibilities

- Plan and set strategy or method to operate projects of Technical Service Engineer including budget, Human Resources and staff training
- Administration works and budget control
- Control and follow up business plan of Technical Service Engineer to achieve the goal
- Perform warranty system procedure, and work instruction
- Verify and approve claim application. Detect problem from claim application and defective parts
- Control claim compensation of dealer & reimbursement from Isuzu and other suppliers
- Manage and control technical both parts distribution and stock

Qualifications

- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer/ Business Administration/ Economics or Finance
- Good at mathematics and management skill
- Excellent command of English (Japanese language is advantage) with TOEIC score at least 500 or equivalent
- Well operate on PC (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Administrative skill and good coordination
- Able to work among multicultural staff
- Good attitude and able to work under pressure
