Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for multiple data center projects simultaneously, developing and implementing project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Direct the design, construction, commissioning, and migration of data center facilities, ensuring they meet high standards of reliability, efficiency, and security.
• Oversee the implementation of critical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking systems.
• Develop and manage project budgets, often in the multi-million-dollar range, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions, developing contingency plans and crisis management strategies for data center operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and technical specialists, fostering a collaborative work environment and driving high-performance team culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, clients, and key stakeholders, providing regular project updates, including progress reports and risk assessments.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Over 10 years of experience in data center project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, operations, and emerging technologies
• Strong technical knowledge of power systems, cooling solutions, and network architecture
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex data center projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and conduct assertive negotiations with vendors to secure favorable contracts and terms.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CDCP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel as needed to oversee project sites and attend meetings.
• Experience with data center industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ITIL, ISO, OSHA)
