The Role Responsibilities
  • Verify transactions processed by Associates and authorize those that fall within own-delegated release authority.
  • Checking of and/or approving customer's Corporate Actions order (including Cross Border) related instructions against Securities Services system.
  • Assist management in overseeing the daily operations of the team and contribute towards meeting the team's objectives.
  • Ensure that the Operational Performance Metric requirement, defect management and processing turnaround standards are achieved.
  • Ensure awareness and full compliance of all laid down rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices and code of conduct imposed by the Company/Group.

  • Contribute towards the future strategic direction and process innovation of Securities Services by keeping abreast of changes in customer needs, technology and business environment and taking pro-active steps to embrace and capitalize on these changes.


Processes

  • To supervise and control the day to day activities in Corporate Actions section to ensure all clients' corporate entitlements are fully protected and promptly distributed in accordance to established procedures.

  • To support the development of the Custody processing systems to meet local and business needs and more importantly in meeting the needs of the clients
  • To implement quality initiatives and activities of the division in accordance to the Group's Quality System.
  • To perform specific duties as instructed by the team management in accordance to the relevant procedures, guidelines, instructions and standards set in order to meet the productivity and service standards set
  • To perform specific duties as instructed by the team management and to assist the team management in overseeing the daily processing/ delivery of trade services by the team to customers.

  • Contribute to the development of associates by guiding, coaching, motivating, supporting and assisting selected number of associates
  • Support CA Team and others in the team on ad hoc projects, strategic initiatives and exercises
  • aimed at improving or enhancing the team's activities
  • Continually strive to share key relevant knowledge and learnings with others across the team

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Graduate
  • Basic knowledge of Corporate Actions process, and financial service will be preferable
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience gained in custody or banking operation
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Proficient in all aspects of MS office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
