Job Descriptions:

- Develop business plan to drive deposit portfolio according to direction set by Business Head.
- Initiate new products / campaign / services to suit market needs.
- Engage Sales to identify the business obstacles in terms of product / process / training to stimulate the business growth.
- Monitor the key Indicators (LD ratio/CASA mixed/COD) and adjust the business strategy according to the criticalness situation.
- Create and implement acquisition / portfolio campaigns and also cross-selling campaigns through all acquisition channels in order to meet agreed fees based products target with the given timeline and budget.
- Work closely with Self Service Channel to drive / implement the strategy of the fee based income.
- Initiate and execute new acquisition / portfolio campaigns & cross-selling campaigns for Privilege Banking customers in order to achieve agreed targets.
- Identify business opportunities for each customer segment and implement product bundling strategy to support branch sales.
- Analyze pre and post implementation of campaign launched to know strength & weakness in order to improve the next campaign launched.
- Provide the competitive analysis for customer segmentation and fees based product in order to maintain the company competitive advantages.
- Ensure all products and programs are complied with both corporate guidelines and law & regulations and solve the problems when arised.
- Supervise, motivate and develop staff in all aspects of managerial and technical skills.
- Coordinate with IT Team and Branch Control Dept.to ensure appropriate system development, UAT test, and operation process to maximize the effectiveness of deposit and related fee based products.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree major in, business administration, finance, or marketing. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years working experience in Retail Banking, Financial services with the strong background in deposit & fee Base products.
• Strong strategic thinking with analytical skill.
• Strong team leader with good interpersonal skill.
• Strong project management skill.
• Have Analytical skills, advisory and presentation skills, investment planning skills
• Good command of spoken/written English.
