Responsibilities :

• Work with an Agile project team of Project Manager/Project Owner, Software Engineers and Software Testers
• Researching, designing and prototyping new user experiences based on product requirements
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, screen flows and site maps
• Plan and implement new designs
• Present, discuss and explain your design options
• Collaborate with a team to test the designs
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience
• Revise and update design and documentation based on continuing user testing and customer feedback
• Apply best practices with strong consideration for accessibility, ease of maintenance
• Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Able to function in a team environment

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in software development, design and implement web or mobile applications
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and methods of design
• Experience in performing user research to test assumptions and validate design ideas
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual design and wire-framing tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
