Job Descriptions:

• Manage team to perform per BOT Notifications and risk-based sampling of individual debtors' credit files for end-to-end credit process review.
• For any issue detected, identify Root Cause and provide recommended corrective and preventive action to sustainably fix the issue which may require process changes.
• Review sampled debtors and credit process to ensure prudent credit risk management practice and early detect emerging credit risks.
• Preparing Monthly Report, Quarterly Reports, other Reports for relevant committees e.g. RMC, EXCOM, Audit Committee, BOD.
• Following up, monitoring, fixing, and closing of credit review issues and recommendations raised to relevant units.
• Achieving assigned Team Targets of Annual Credit Review Plan (mix of GC/TC/SME/RETAIL Customer Segments).
• Participating and leading collaboration among relevant units thru meeting, join workout, audit recommendation.
• Initiate Thematic Credit Review or Data Analytics Topics using data analytics tool to detect weakness in credit process, identify root cause and provide value-added recommendation to fix the process/issue.
• People Development - develop and improve skills, knowledge and expertise of the team member by providing them appropriate training course and advice during work review.
• Complete special assignment for Credit Examinination Division or Internal Audit Group from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, economic, engineering or related field.
• At least 8- 10 years of related field experience in Corporate Banking in one of the following roles: Relationship Manager, Credit Analyst, Credit Underwriter, credit modelling, Credit Risk Management.
• At least 5 year of experience in managing team.
• Possess a through knowledge of related banking products, credit risk management end-to-end process, and regulatory requirement.
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to manage team under pressure and deadline.
• Proficient in computer literacy especially tool for Data Analytic.
• Good command in English both in written and spoken.
