Responsibilities

• Design, develop and conduct overall L&D activities including training & development program, e-learning platform, learning point, knowledge sharing sessions and so on.
• Design and prepare artwork in L&D activities.
• Recommend and implement effective L&D interventions through innovative ways such as creative use of channels or technology to continually engage learners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D, success and ROI periodically and provide solutions for improvement.
• Create report using analytic tool for employee problem prediction and maintain, keeping record, analyze all development data and handle data analytic report to identify and continuous improvement.
• Preparing competency, individual career development plan and training road map to all of position.
• Support development project of talent management, succession planning, competency development, leadership program, employee engagement, change management and so on.
• Be an LMS administration, reporting tracking, and development of dashboards.
