- To work with Products Metrics, Measurements & Reporting from internal digital channels such as Web, App and linking it to GSM data. Provide the visibility on product reporting through data driver approach and provide the recommendations to improve efficiency. This role is accountable for the suite of tools and technologies utilized to tag, track, analyze, measure and report on activities across the digital channels, device types, and on the digital voice of the customers.
- Role:
- Collect, analyze and interpret various campaigns statistics from multiple dtac sources & channels to campaign owners to optimize campaign and set directions.
- Establish actionable dashboards and provide ongoing reporting, targets and plans to drive outcomes to move KPIs and to continuously improve the digital customer experience.
- Delivers actionable data driven recommendations for enhancing digital experiences, growing traffic, deepening user engagement and maximizing revenues.
- Maintain, own and enhance daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business processes and deliverables.
- Communicate service performance against key indicators to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the procurement of the necessary digital platforms to support automated and real-time collection and presentation of data.
- Proactively make recommendations based on where the initiatives are meeting, exceeding, or missing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure high-quality analysis.
- Perform other special projects, as assigned.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Analytics, Statistics or Computer Sciences; Master's is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of analytics or BI related experience.
- Well versed with SQL, Visual Analytics software, BI reporting tools etc.
- Problem solver with excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into information and insights.
- Open minded, innovative and creative â seeks 'out of box' solutions.
- Open communicator; excellent oral and written communication skills (Thai & English).
- Possess a natural curiosity; never willing to settle for an answer, always asking the next question.
