Responsibilities

• Oversee transport operations management of customer accounts in order to provide transportation services to fulfill the customers' needs, including; maintaining and enhancing business relationship with the customers.
• Manage overall Transport operation to meet customer's requirement and customer's satisfaction. Deliverable customer satisfaction, professionally engage with customer, immediately update the order status and trouble with the solution to customer at the right time.
• Leading the responsible transport operation teams to ensure processes, including: effective management of resources; performance; occupational health and safety, and environment; quality; and budget.
• Manage both own fleet and sub-contractor fleet to ensure continuous improvement, in terms of both efficiency and service.
• Responsible for delivering performance, truck utilization and truck optimization driving agreed KPI performance figures. Desire and set up the measurement productivity for team, balance work load of team, driving the transparent productivity improvement internal team.
• Proactively pull actual transport data to analyze on-going transport operation per account, finding further improvement of service quality, cost efficiency
• Responsible for own P&L and daily control of the budget

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in transport and/or logistics management in managing own fleet and subcontractors
• Proven working background in transport operations, specifically in 3PL business is desirable
• P&L accountability preferred
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good communication and presentation skills with abilities to communicate effectively both in English and Thai
• Flexible to travel and work between Wang Noi, Bang Plee area (Bang Na km.23) and Mahachai.
