About our group:

The Advance Process Development for factory manages overall of drive new product launch and assembly station/process/software development to support new product or new requirement. We work closely with assembly station mechanical & software design engineering team in US, Singapore , China ,Korat and Korat drive factory.

About the role - you will:

• Being responsibility for new product development launch at Korat drive assembly operation.
• Work in detail of new product requirement and technology/station transfer to Korat drive operation.
• Work closely with US Design Center during early product develop to establish product CTQs
• Define and process document ,PI , Process Management Plan (PMP) for each product
• Define, coordinate, perform process/equipment qualifications prior to product transfer
• Ensure new product/new station/new station software transfer per TTM.
• Be assigned on additional task and responsibilities that will positively contribute towards team, department and company goal #entrylevel

About you:

• Open-minded and good attitude
• Good for communication, organization, and planning skills are required
• Good at data analytical skill
• Fluent in English
• A strong background in Six Sigma methodologies and statistical tools is preferred.
• Candidate must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally.

• Strong Background in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field
