•  Provides technical assistance to sales to maximize support customers (by phone call basis)-
•  Respond to requests for emergency set up and services to settle machine problem.
•  Provide technical assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, support, repair and maintenance-
•  Develop and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability not only yourself but also your team members

•  Thai Nationality, male, age 22-27 years old
•  Bachelor degree or higher Majoring in Computer Engineering, Computer science. Knowledge of PC program (C#/VB/Java etc.)
•  1 – 2 years of working experience and Good knowledge in programming
•  Knowledge of Circuit Board and Electric knowledge
•  Good command of English in order to communicate with Japanese Manager and coworkers
•  Strong self-motivated and energetic person
•  Excellent interpersonal skill
•  Detail oriented, hardworking, and proactive
•  Willing to work hard and flexible
•  Own car and driving license
•  Advantage Character: Person who like to teach something and help customers
•  Experience in Japanese company
•  Down to earth personality and Diligent
