• Take responsibility for Division's sales target to achieve as sales manager.
• Set strategic sales & marketing planning to maintain existing customer and expand business to prospect customer
• Handled sales performance, and marketing activity to ensure achievement of sales target and company profit objectives (Visiting by your own car)
• Visit client with sales staffs
• Manage subordinate's sales performance
• Coordinate with concern parties
• Provide report to management
• Other tasks assign by JP Management

• Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree
• Working experience as Insurance broker or in Insurance Company at least three years
• License Holder of active Life and Non-life insurance
• English - Advanced conversation level (Internal communication)
