Facility and Utility Engineering Lead

Johnson & Johnson (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is recruiting for a Facility and Utility Engineering Lead, located in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok Thailand.

Leaning into that sweet spot and continuing our long-standing tradition of environmental stewardship and public goal setting, as a company, Johnson & Johnson is committed to source 100% renewable electricity in 2025, achieve Carbon Neutrality in operations and reduce upstream carbon footprint by 20% in 2030.Lead Facility and Utility Engineer holds deep expertise in operation and maintenance of Critical Facilities & Utilities equipment; Electrical supply, Compressed air system, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Natural Gas Boilers, Purified water system, HVAC and WWTP. Lead Facility and Utility Engineer is responsible to deliver innovative, safe and sustainable infrastructure projects. Energy management system, New business model for example Energy/Equipment as a Service, effective Capital expenditure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and execute Environmentally sustainable projects/ programs; Renewable Energy projects, Energy Efficiency Assessment, Alliance Water Stewardship (AWS), TRUE Zero Waste, Carbon Neutrality, ODS Replacement
• Deploy Hard Service Transformation; CMMS, Building Automation System
• Conduct daily monitoring and control energy usage/ consumption, provide investigation and action plan when found the abnormal trend
• Provide annual budget of Capital expenditure and Operations expense
• Perform regular inspection of Critical Facilities & Utilities equipment, renew licenses and permits required by Regulatory and Johnson & Johnson Global Facility Asset Management (GFAM)
• Identify and Execute Operational Efficiency & Cost Improvement Program (CIP)
• Compliance with applicable engineering codes, EH&S standards and Quality systems, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

Educations

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical engineer, electrical engineer or relate field)

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing related utilities/ facilities
• Able to communicate in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
• Engineering background and more knowledgeable in principle of utilities/ Facilities equipment operation
• Project management skill
• Quality and safety attitude

Preferred:

• Digital literacy; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Power BI, CMMS, PLC
• Related International Standards; ASME, ASHRAE, ISO, IEC
