Job Overview:

As the Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent development strategies to attract, grow, and retain top talent.

Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and create development plans for high-potential employees.

Design and deliver training programs to build key skills and competencies.

Conduct talent assessments and manage succession planning for critical roles.

Manage relationships with external training providers and universities.

Lead performance management processes and coach managers and employees.

Track and analyze talent metrics to inform improvement recommendations.

Support HR and business leaders in driving a diverse, inclusive culture.

Stay current on talent development trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.

5+ years talent development experience with excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

Proven stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

Experience designing and delivering training programs.

Strong project management, organizational, and data-analysis skills.

Good in English and Thai.
