About the Role 
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who’s passionate about creating impactful visuals that support Top50 Companies in Thailand Event. You’ll work closely with the marketing team and external event organizer to craft designs that align with event's mood&tone and help engage candidates and employers. This is a contract role (full-time or part-time, requiring 2–3 days of office presence per week) for a 6-month period, where you will help build the event from the ground up through to post-event works.

What You’ll Do
Design & Creative Execution

• Design and deliver materials for the event both print and digital forms
• Develop visual assets for the event eg. backdrops, stage screens, trophies, etc.
• Ensure consistency in visual style and adherence to WorkVenture’s brand guidelines across all channels.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with marketing teams and with event organizer to requirements and bring concepts to life.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (junior to mid-level)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• A proven portfolio of design work or relevant creative projects is required.
• Good command of English is preferred
