Job Description

·        Plan and manage products delivery, solve production and delivery problems in incase.

·        Support sale about documents, summary report and Support team to work efficiently.

·        Supervise and lead subordinates (import officer, administrative officer, documentation office etc.)

·        Collaborate with supplier, customer & subordinates to optimize processes.

·        Resolve issues regarding shipped orders.

·        Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies.

·        Report to management on activities and issues.

·        Supporting high-level executives and management.
 

Qualification

·        Over 27 years old and not over 35 years old, Male or Female, Thai nationality.

·        Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

·        2-3 years’ experience, including experience in Freight Forwarding, Import - Export and Custom Service and large scope is advantage.

·        Have experience in Management would be advantage.  

·        Have experience in related field with strong understanding of company secretarial work practice.

·        Knowledge of data on Microsoft office, excel – Pivot table, Vlookup, Macro recorder, Dashboard, VBA would be advantage.

·        Good communication in English & Thai, negotiation and interpersonal skills and must be able to work under pressure.

·        To be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur.

·        Monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to MD Service minded, enthusiastic and good attitude for all business opportunities.
