Focus on setting the Quality KPIs and related resources to fulfill the Regional/Manufacturing KPIs and controlling necessary operational processes to ensure all products comply with both Local & Export Regulatory and all Unilever policy requirements. Comply with Global standard for the Pest control, Hygiene & cleaning, specific GMP, HACCP, Allergen. Follow testing and equipment method as right product specification and ensure laboratory accuracy & precision. Drive continuous improvement in process control for achieve consumer and customer satisfaction and aggressively tackle reduction of Quality loss through WCM tools.

• Ensure right product specification, product result, COA as well as CRQS module in SAP to enable more efficient and effective quality management.
• Coordinate with Manufacturer to welcome authorities such as FDA, TISI, DIT and set up improvement actions after visiting and auditing factory.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Suit team for implementing hygienic design & processing and C&D validation for new formulation/new equipment/new process.
• To be responsible for QC pillar supporting WCM activities and coordinate with plant's QC members to achieve WCM target and embed new QC viewpoints in any quality management.
• Facilitate risk assessment (process FMEA, EEM) and action plans to enable perfect execution and operational efficiency.
• Build capabilities of Q team by coaching and training and develop talents and professional skills to enable manage their work effectively.

• M Sc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Engineer or related field.
• preferable experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Laboratory or Manufacturing.
• Good command in English and Computer skill (Microsoft office, out look)
• Problem Solving skill; such as QA Viewpoint , QC 7 tools, DOE
• Auditing and Training skill.
• Quality Management; such as FSSC, GMP,HACCP, QV, Codes of Practice of Hygienic and Enzyme Manufacturing and Lab skill.
