Job Description

• Oversee the onboarding and qualification process of KOLs, creators, and affiliate partners sourced via agency or platform partners across key e-commerce channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates to drive engagement and maximize affiliate-driven sales performance.
• Monitor affiliate campaign performance and continuously optimize using a data-driven approach to improve ROI and conversion efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account, Trade Marketing, Media, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, product focus, and campaign objectives.
• Manage and oversee communication channels with creators (e.g., LINE OpenChat) to ensure smooth coordination, timely updates, and effective creator engagement.

Qualification

• 2–4 years of experience in KOL management, affiliate marketing, or related E-Commerce roles.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific tools (Shopee KOL Center, TikTok Creator Marketplace, etc.).
• Proficient in campaign performance tracking and reporting with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Growth mindset with a can-do attitude, and the ability to execute quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in FMCG or experience working with influencer networks is a plus.
• Able to use English effectively for communication, reporting, and collaboration in a work setting.
