• กำหนดกลยุทธ์พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์.
• บริหารจัดการ ควบคุม การดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์.
• รวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ 3C ค่า BEI นำมาวางแผนงานพัฒนา, เข้าใจคุณค่าและฟังก์ชั่นที่ต้องการในผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีต่อผู้บริโภค.
• นำเสนอ idea spec และภาพกระบวนการผลิตที่สามารถทำขึ้นมาได้จริง โดยคำนึงถึงเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพ/ราคา/กำไรจากจากการลงทุน และความปลอดภัย,.
• วางแผนการ modify และสื่อสารข้อมูลและชี้นำให้ผู้อื่นปฏิบัติ.
• ตั้งเป้าหมาย วิเคราะห์ ตั้งสมมติฐาน พิจารณาวิธีการประเมินวัตถุดิบ สวนประกอบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ และนำเสนอวิธีการประเมินแบบใหม่.
• วางแผนและควบคุม/ปรับเปลี่ยน การสำรวจผู้บริโภค (เชิงคุณภาพ เชิงปริมาณ) ตาม schedule ภาพรวมของ Theme.
• กำหนด criteria ร่วมกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง, พิจารณา/ตัดสินใจตามวัตถุประสงค์/สมมติฐานได้อย่างเป็นตรรกะและการวางแนวทางแก้ไข.
• จัดทำ product specification/ QC specification, กำหนดค่ามาตรฐาน คอนดิชั่นการผลิต การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ.
• นำเสนอการปรับเปลี่ยนสเป็คที่จำเป็นเพื่อการผลิตในปริมาณมาก โดยคำนึงถึงกระบวนการ/วัตถุดิบ/คุณภาพ/ราคา.
• จัดเตรียมข้อมูลด้านความปลอดภัยของผลิตภัณฑ์.
• เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสิทธิบัตรที่มีมาก่อนและตรวจสอบอิทธิพลที่มีต่อ Theme ที่ตนเองรับผิดชอบ.
• นำเสนอสเป็คที่หลีกเลี่ยงการละเมิดหรือสเป็คที่มีความเหนือกว่า พร้อมทั้งจัดทำ draft patent รวมถึงให้คำชี้แนะสมาชิกในทีมให้สามารถทำได้.

• What we're looking for.
• 1-3 years' experience in a trade marketing or sales support role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, trade marketing principles, and in-store activation best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and campaign performance.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, with experience using CRM and project management tools.
• Fluency in both Thai and English languages.
