We are looking for a candidate with strong data analytical skills and proficiency in Thai, English and Chinese, to effectively liaise with both local and overseas stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Evaluate production performance and determine appropriate follow-up actions; prepare reports as needed.
- Initiate, execute, and assist in the planning and support of projects and processes.
- Collaborate with the team to standardize, operationalize, and develop both manual and automated workflows.
- Support the team in analyzing data and creating reports to track performance and productivity against team KPIs. Develop documentation and training materials, and conduct trainings with the team or stakeholders when necessary.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or system support roles in any industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in English, Thai, and Mandarin, to effectively liaise with both local and overseas stakeholders.
- Critical thinking abilities, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide insights and recommendations supported by data and statistical analysis.
- A strong team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SQL is a plus.
