Responsibilities

• Support Category Strategy and Account Management teams in the execution of platform and category initiatives
• Conduct market research & consolidate competitive insights from e-commerce industries
• Provide support in the extraction and analysis of data to measure sellers' and projects' success
• Produce regular reporting, monitor dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc data needs
• Support strategic planning and execution of business plans
• Other admin-related work and troubleshooting

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
• Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Workspace tools
• Strong attention to detail and high accountability
• Able to commit to working full-time 3-5 days a week for at least 3 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of platform trends and user behavior
• Business/Science/Engineering major is preferred
