Strategic Planning & Business Development

• Develop and execute strategic plans to support the growth and profitability of the High-Rise business.
• Identify business opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning to support long-term business objectives.
• Lead strategic projects, including market entry, product strategy, pricing strategy, and business transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic priorities and execution plans.

Executive Decision Support

• Gather, consolidate, and analyze internal and external business data to provide actionable insights for senior management and C-Level executives.
• Prepare executive presentations, board papers, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop financial and business models to evaluate investment opportunities, project feasibility, and business performance.
• Monitor key business performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve operational and financial outcomes.
