As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.
The fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) team, where we focus on curating and scaling everyday consumer categories on TikTok Shop. We work closely with brands and creators to deliver engaging, data-driven strategies that shape how users discover and shop on the platform.
Responsibilities

• Managing sellers accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem solving, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update, campaign status update and other operation related tasks.
• Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
• Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student who is able to commit at least 3 months, preferably in a business administration/management or data analytics major.
• Experience with Excel, Data Analytical tool.
• Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong project management skills to manage cross-function stakeholders is a plus
• Dynamic, proactive, and eager to go beyond assigned duties to support team success
