Job Function: Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications.
- Coordinate with developers, architects, product owners, business analysts, vendors, and related teams.
- Validate results by testing programs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, prioritized, and achievable; please review and approve them before proceeding.
- Track project progress and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Provide regular project updates to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT Development, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- 2–5 years of experience in a Project Management or Business Analyst role
- Good command of English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or above, or English proficiency at B1 level or higher (If no test score is available, the test can be taken later).
- Computer skills : SQL client, Big Query and Power BI
- Possess a valid driver’s license and able to drive a car.
