Job Description

Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improving productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize production performance and reduce manufacturing waste.

Investigate and resolve production issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Manage and execute assigned engineering and continuous improvement projects to achieve business objectives.

Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent operations.

Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality, safety, and other management systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), production throughput, and operational performance.

Identify and adopt new technologies and engineering solutions to improve manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines. (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)

1–3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and production problem-solving.

Knowledge of AI applications, automation systems, or robotics technologies in manufacturing is an advantage.

Familiarity with quality management systems, SOP development, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma is a plus).

Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve OEE, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and good communication skills.

Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).

Willing to work onsite at Thai Containers Group Co., Ltd. (Pathum Thani Plant).
