หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Develop & plan social media content strategy for all online channels (FB, IG, Website, Line OA, Youtube, Tiktok) in alignment with company's goal to gain new traffic, to retain, and to reactivate customers.
- Create content such as advertorial, product reviewing, VDO editing, and updating content for website, social medias, marketing materials, and similar platforms
- Content management and using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote platform initiatives
- Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics
- Coordinate with design teams to create artwork
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with a passion and experience in online/e-commerce business
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Content Creator and used to taking care of Online fanpage
- Creative Thinking and Writing skill is a KEY!!
- Having skill of content planning and content layout design
- Always be on top of the latest digital marketing trends
- Able to use Canva / Procreate / Kinemaster or other video editiing program
- Good command of English
