เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Engage business users to gather their software requirements/ business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams.
- Translate stakeholder requirements including functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/ process diagrams, and data flow/ model diagrams into deliverables.
- Define project requirements and identify project milestones.
- Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
- Assist with designing, documenting and maintaining system processes.
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders to understand the benefits of new technology or strategies.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to product team.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or a related field.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate.
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skill and proven ability to quickly understand business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in web/ mobile application development is an advantage.
