- Managing and implementing learning technologies within an organization
- Assess the organization's learning needs, research and evaluate learning technology solutions, and oversee the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other digital learning tools
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform content into engaging and effective online learning experiences using authoring tools and learning design principles
- Enhancing the quality of e-learning materials and ensuring they align with the learning objectives and audience's needs
- Handle user administration, content management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
- Ensure the smooth operation and optimal utilization of the LMS to support learning and development initiatives
- Assess the organization's learning goals and needs, recommend appropriate technologies, develop implementation strategies, and provide ongoing support and training to maximize the effectiveness of learning technology solutions
- Analyze and assess the organization's learning systems, processes, and infrastructure. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop solutions that enhance the overall learning technology ecosystem
- Improved and efficient system that supports the organization's learning and development strategies
- Learning Data Analyst: Use data analytics tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to improve learning outcomes. To evidence-based decision-making and help organizations optimize their learning strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Technology, Science (Education Industry), or related fields
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Having at least 5-8 years of experience in learning, learning management systems, or system development is a must
- Having working experience in enterprise-wide Learning Management Systems (LMS), Mobile Learning Technologies is a plus
- Proficiency with E-Learning Development Tools e.g. Adobe Captivate & Programming languages, Multimedia Production, and Web Development is a plus
- Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
- Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills
