- Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to develop comprehensive employer branding communication strategies.
- Design communication plans for the "Organization of Possibilities" initiative, with a focus on fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment.
- Partner with corporate functions, particularly the HR team, to leverage content for effective brand communication and employee engagement.
- Oversee the 'āļĒāļąāļāđāļĄāđāļĢāļđāđāļŠāļīāļāļ°' online program, ensuring impactful internal and external communication.
- Manage internal communication channel, e-newsletter.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Brand Activation team to develop diverse internal and external communication materials, such as posters, internal news articles, photo captions, and video clips.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Enterprise Integrated Communication team to manage employer brand content across social media platforms, including strategic social media advertising and sponsored post management.
- Lead the 'āļĒāļąāļāđāļĄāđāļĢāļđāđāļŠāļīāļāļ°' Vlog Program to showcase authentic employee stories and company culture.
- Develop and manage Happy Workplace content to strengthen employer brand visibility.
- Oversee the Employee Activity Committee to drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful content and experiences.
- Monitor performance and continuously enhance employer branding strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
- 1â3 years of experience in Employer Branding, Content Creation, or Marketing (Welcome for New graduates)
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills (video, social media, digital content)
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of employer branding trends.
- New generation insight analysis.ïŧŋ
- Excellent Internal & external Communication skills.
