Job Description

Participate in leading overall strategy and operations to ensure the hotel achieves business goals including revenue, occupancy, cost control and profitability.

• Explore new business opportunities by building strong relationships with hotel management team, business partners, and stakeholders.

• Act as a project leader, be able to lead the meeting, follow up and monitor result vs compressed timeline (end-to-end process).

• Monitor hotels' revenue and profitability to provide constructive feedback.

• Analyze competitive hotel market supply, trends and recommend strategies to improve operations and high quality service.

• Manage capital expenditure by reviewing and approving capital expenditure budgets and proposals to ensure proper maintenance of hotel.

• Manage major investment projects, performing feasibility study and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure projects are carried out according to timeline and budget.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of asset improvement policies to enhance value and returns.

• Liaise with all stakeholders and make strategic decisions on major hotel operational issues ensuring any potential risks are dealt with on a timely manner.

• Prepare monthly report about hotels issues and projects updates.

• Ensure hotels are complied with related rules, regulations, sustainability standards (ESG) and best practices.

• Support management in analyzing data and preparing presentations as requested.

• Support special projects and perform other duties & ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• ️ Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 2 years experience in financial feasibility studies, investment analysis and financial modeling in hotel, real estate, mixed-use or related functions.

• At least 1 year experience in hotel operations, preferably within the luxury to economy hotel segment will be an advantage.

• Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum score of TOEIC 800, TOEFEL 500, IELTS 6.5)

• Having experience in a listed company or large corporation will be an advantage.

• Excellent in business transformation, hotel operations and delivering excellent guest and customer experiences, and strategic growth.

• Excellent in project management and business presentation skills in Thai & English.

• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel for finance, Power BI and PowerPoint.

• Able to travel up-country occasionally and must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.

• Ability to work on weekends (in case of emergencies) and irregular hours when required.
