What You''ll Do

• Play a critical role in the growth of the C&S topic through case execution, client development, and intellectual property & product creation
• Execute, or provide expertise and support to C&S projects for our key clients in Southeast Asia, Asia Pacific and globally
• Desire to build and spread C&S expertise within BCG and serving as a C&S-hub for the firm to develop new techniques and/or capture new ideas as well as casework experience
• Ability to contribute to BCG''s practice area publications and to BCG''s C&S approach and toolkit, benchmarks, templates, processes, including responsibility for managing and developing 3rd party cooperation
• Work jointly with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site
• Actively support our business development efforts: client meetings, industry conferences
• Provide mentorship and support to consultants ensuring continuous individual development

What You''ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

• You ideally have more than 5 years of work experience in top level advisory or consulting firm, or industry experience in Climate & Sustainability field.
• Knowledge challenging the "status quo", creating transparency for clients, helping them understand the implications of their costs, synthesising & advising how to improve
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior executive relationships, influencing senior executives'' agendas and supporting critical strategic decisions
• Ability to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment where inductive rather than deductive reasoning is the norm
• Willingness to travel internationally and to work remotely on client sites
• Relevant tertiary qualifications from a top tier institution(s); Master''s degree, MBA or PhD preferred
• Fluent English is a must
• Fluency in any of the ASEAN languages is a plus
