• Payroll Operations: Runs end-to-end monthly payroll - validating attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, incentives, and statutory contributions; resolves discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders; prepares payroll reports and reconciliations for Finance; ensures compliance with company policy, labor law, and tax rules; handles annual cycles (PIT, social security, provident fund, year-end); and drives process improvement.

• Compensation & Benefits: Supports design and improvement of C&B programs for market competitiveness; performs salary benchmarking, market surveys, and pay analysis; coordinates the annual salary review and bonus cycle including budget and recommendations; ensures policy compliance; and prepares cost analysis and insights for management decisions.

• Employee Well-being: Plans, implements, and monitors wellness initiatives to lift engagement and employee experience; measures program effectiveness; and partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors on delivery.

• HRIS & HR Operations: Acts as the first point of contact for HR system inquiries and transactions; maintains HRIS data accuracy and system functionality; coordinates enhancements, testing, upgrades, and integrations; and builds user guides and training for end users.

• People Analytics & Reporting: Collects and interprets HR data to surface workforce trends; builds HR dashboards and reports; analyzes metrics to sharpen compensation strategy, workforce planning, and HR effectiveness; and uses Power BI and other tools to present insights to stakeholders.
