職責（Responsibilities）

• 提供雙語口譯服務，協助需求者進行順暢溝通

• 依需求進行電話或視訊即時口譯，並以連續口譯（Consecutive Interpretation）方式準確傳達內容

• 能快速且精確地處理資訊，理解文化差異，並始終保持專業與禮貌

• 熟悉並運用適當的專業術語，了解相關產業的基本流程與實務操作

• 口譯內容涵蓋多元領域，包括醫療、政府、保險、金融、公用事業、旅遊與飯店、911 緊急服務、執法單位、法院及一般商務等，內容可能涉及簡單或複雜、非技術或技術性主題

資格要求（Qualifications）

• 優秀的聆聽、記憶與筆記能力，以維持高準確度

• 能專注工作、保持情緒抽離，並始終維持中立與客觀

• 能快速建立專業信任與可信度

• 能嚴格遵循客戶指示

• 能在客戶允許或要求下，適當解釋文化差異以避免誤解

• 英語能力達 CEFR C1 或以上，並具備另一指定語言能力

• 可長期居家工作（Work From Home）

• 能配合夜班工作（Night Shift）

工作時間

• 100% 夜班

• 每週 40 小時

• 全職職位（Full-time only)

We are seeking a Work From Home Interpreter (Mandarin– English) to provide accurate and professional interpretation services. The role involves handling emergency and critical calls, ensuring clear communication between parties in high-pressure situations.

Location: Thailand (100% Remote – Candidates must be willing to relocate to Thailand)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Permanent Night Shift (US Market)

Salary: Basic package up to THB 55,000/month

What You'll Do:

As a Mandarin Interpreter, you will provide consecutive interpretation during live conversations between Mandarin and English speakers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Interpret live voice conversations accurately and professionally.

• Support video interpretation after successfully completing the 3-month probation period.

• Facilitate communication between doctors and patients, bankers and clients, police officers, immigration officers, insurance representatives, social service providers, and other professionals.

• Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and accuracy throughout every interaction.

• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring clear and effective communication.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position only

• 100% work from home (based in Thailand)

• Permanent night shift supporting US-based clients

• Monthly rotating shift start times between 7:00 PM and 3:00 AM - 8-hour shifts

• Minimum 40 working hours per week

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 6 and above) and English (C1 level and above)

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience

• Candidates with qualifications below a bachelor's degree must have at least 5 years of full-time work experience

• Willing to relocate and be based in Thailand

• Able to work permanent night shifts

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• No prior interpreting experience required – comprehensive training provided

• Previous interpreting or customer service experience is an advantage

• Must pass a language assessment before joining the training program

• Must successfully complete a final assessment after the 3-week training program

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps

Training:

• Full interpreter training provided

• Approximately 3 weeks of training before deployment

• Final assessment required to qualify as an interpreter
