Requirements:

Language Requirement: Excellent in Thai and Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken) — mandatory Nationality: Malaysian 1–3 years of inside sales, technical sales, or B2B sales experience Background in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, HVAC, manufacturing, or related technical field — preferred but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level contacts Strong listening, objection-handling, and closing skills Business-level English communication skills (spoken and written). Should be open to travel to events/field visits/meet clients, if required. This is a desk job.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and engage technical and executive stakeholders via phone, email, and digital channels Execute end-to-end sales process — lead generation

• closure Conduct consultative sales conversations with clients Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and activity logs in CRM (daily) Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and account management teams to drive deal velocity Prepare and deliver product pitches tailored to technical buyer personas
