The Assistant Manager of People & Culture supports the overall People & Culture function and assists the Director/Manager of People & Culture in ensuring effective HR operations. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, engagement, performance management, learning and development, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and Thai labor laws.
