Support the marketing team in executing marketing plans by managing budgets and expenses, coordinating store media and marketing materials, monitoring sales and promotional performance, conducting market and competitor analysis, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Budget & Expense Management

• Manage marketing expense processes, including PR/PO creation and vendor registration.

• Monitor and control monthly and annual marketing spending against approved budgets.

• Prepare expense reports and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

• Store Media & Marketing Materials Management

• Coordinate the production and installation of storefront media, menu boards, LED displays, and promotional materials.

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation.

• Manage contracts, quotations, tax documentation, and payment processes related to store media and materials.

• Partnership & Research Support

• Support co-promotional, department store LSM, and The Mall media requests.

• Support new product development and taste test research.

• Performance and Management Report

• Track and analyze sales and promotional performance results.

• Pull Oracle BI data (sales, dockets) to update monthly gross sales for Finance.

• Prepare weekly meeting reports and monthly program presentations.

• Competitor Tracking

• Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and pricing movements.

• Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.

• Prepare competitor benchmarking reports and business insights.

• Provide recommendations to support marketing planning and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Analysis, or related functions.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with reporting and data analysis tools is an advantage.

• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
