Everyday you will...

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery and quality deliverables that meet standards and business requirements

Manage project changes and maintain project documentation.

Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders (internal and external).

Coordinate activities across business, development, data, and infrastructure team.

Remove blockers and support team productivity.

Foster collaboration and effective communication among project participants.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Track and resolve project issues and dependencies.

Escalate critical concerns when necessary.

Performing other assignments were requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5 years experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product or Project Management.

Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects.

Experience in the insurance business would be an advantage.

Experience in Agile methodologies is a must.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as users, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects.

Knowledge of project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence

Experience in Software Development methodologies and SDLC.
