About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to join our Sustainable Development Department as a Sustainability Consultant – Assistant Manager / Manager. This role is responsible for advancing the company's sustainability agenda by partnering with business units to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions, and drive the integration of sustainability principles into business operations and decision-making processes.

The position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, provide strategic guidance, and support the implementation of sustainability initiatives across the organization. Acting as an internal consultant, the role will help business units translate sustainability objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes, while strengthening organizational capabilities and fostering a culture of sustainability.

The successful candidate will play a key role in positioning sustainability as a strategic driver of business performance, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy: Support the development and execution of the corporate sustainability strategy and roadmap. Act as an internal sustainability consultant by identifying opportunities, assessing sustainability-related risks and impacts, and recommending practical initiatives that create business and stakeholder value.

• Business Integration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into business processes, projects, and decision-making. Facilitate the implementation of sustainability initiatives and support business units in embedding sustainable practices into day-to-day operations, processes, and organizational culture.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sustainability priorities, foster partnerships, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive collective action toward sustainability goals.

• Data Management & Disclosures: Manage sustainability-related data, performance reporting, and disclosures, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with relevant standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

• Communication: Support the development of sustainability-related communications to enhance stakeholder understanding and engagement regarding sustainability initiatives and achievements.

• Data & AI: Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve sustainability data management, performance monitoring, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

• 8-12 years of experience in sustainability consulting, sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement, business transformation, or related fields.

• Proven track record in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, driving cross-functional initiatives, and partnering with business units to achieve measurable sustainability outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting and benchmarking frameworks, including the SEC's 56-1 One Report-S, GRI Standards, IFRS S1 & S2, FTSE Russell ESG Ratings, DJSI Corporate Sustainability Assessment, and Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).

• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders within complex organizational environments.

• Experience in real estate, retail, mixed-use development, hospitality, or related sectors is an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English (TOEIC >750 preferred).

• Experience utilizing data analytics, digital tools, or AI-enabled solutions to support sustainability performance management, reporting, and decision-making is an advantage.

• Sustainability & Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of sustainability trends, ESG ratings, reporting standards, and emerging frameworks, with the ability to translate sustainability concepts into practical business strategies and actions.

• Business Consulting & Problem Solving: Ability to assess business challenges, identify sustainability opportunities, and develop practical solutions that create both sustainability and business value. Strong analytical thinking, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Collaboration & Influence: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders to drive meaningful change.

• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) and AI-enabled productivity tools. Familiarity with sustainability reporting platforms, ESG data management systems, data visualization tools, and AI applications is an advantage.
