Process & Knowledge Management Executive (Shopee)
ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs, playbooks, guidelines, and FAQs
- Translate operational workflows into clear, structured documentation
- Review existing SOPs to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or outdated logic
- Apply critical and logical thinking to improve processes and documentation quality
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to capture process changes
- Maintain knowledge repositories and ensure version control and documentation standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good attention to detail and Comfortable with documentation tools (Google Docs, etc.)
- Strong written communication and structured thinking skills
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
