Operations - Onboarding (ShopeeFood)
ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Reconcile, review, and correct merchant data from submissions.
- Prepare, review, and update the working SOP.
- Coordinate with related teams to solve the problem.
- Support ad-hoc task upon request.
- Prepare and perform data analysis report upon request.
- Be ready and always prepare for unexpected circumstances and be willing to make it work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and related field.
- 1 - 2 years experience in KYB/KYC, Onboarding or related fields would be a plus.
- Basic SQL would be a plus.
- Basic-Good in English communication.
- Good in MS office program.
- Critical thinking and willing to learn.
- Hard-working and energetic personality with Can-Do attitude.
- Details-oriented with skepticism skill.
