About the Team:
Job Description:
- Contact potential and existing merchants to pitch assigned products and close a sale
- Good knowledge and understanding of assigned products and translate them to merchant-comprehensive manners
- Understand merchant requirements and summarize findings as reports for business improvements
- Coordinate with related teams to get the required information to assist sales process
- Understand and navigate through the necessary internal execution processes
- Keep records of calls and sales in an accurate manner and note useful information
- Actively monitor competitors’ offers by tracking merchant sentiment and conversations
- Achieve monthly business KPIs
- Perform related duties upon request
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and impactful messaging to merchants
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and market trends, swiftly adjusting strategies for optimal performance
- Able to work on-site
