Job Description:
- Facilitate all dept. WFM PIC for monthly HC submission
- Develop and implement workforce forecasting models to predict hiring needs based on business growth, seasonality, and other influencing factors
- Support the development of workforce-related key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for tracking organizational goals and HR initiatives.
- Manages complex and difficult HCs-relation issues
- Work closely with various stakeholders (HR, department heads, finance, senior management) to gather input, assess needs, and ensure alignment across business units.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience
- Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets with advanced formula application and database software (Advanced Excel and Google Sheets) experience required
- Excellent verbal & written English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of management
- Demonstrates complex problem-solving skills
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
