Job Description:
- Responsible for Data Entry - Onboarding , Offboarding , Personal data change
- Maintain employee database (Main Data, HRIS, EMPRO, FMS) and Manage Employee Documents
- Answering the phone call for Employee checking status to external parties
- Responsible for generating employee contract for ground staffs
- Monitor Temporary staff contract cycle in order to Renew or End contract.
- Handle for criminal check process and blacklist data.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skill
- Experience in MS Excel, HRIS, BI tools and Power Platform is a plus.
