Cross Border & CN Local Seller PMO (Chinese Speaking) - Scommerce
ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัด- Drive end-to-end program management for key CB FBS initiatives, ensuring timely execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Design and maintain business dashboards to monitor core KPIs including FBS Coverage, ADO, OOS Rate, New SKU Inbound, Seller Retention.
- Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and execution gaps through data-driven insights.
- Lead weekly/monthly business reviews and prepare management reports for local and regional leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Business Development, Operations, Warehouse, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams to improve seller experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop business cases, strategic proposals, and presentation materials to support new initiatives and leadership decision-making.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of key business initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or above with 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, e-commerce, sales, or related fields.
- Experience managing sellers, merchants, or external partners is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive actions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or marketplace operations is a plus.
