About the Team:
Job Description:
- BI Supply Chain Management team focuses on monitoring and improving the efficiency of logistics and return/refund operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and reporting on key supply chain performance metrics, such as pickup time, delivery time, return rates, and refund processing times.
- Identifying and addressing operational issues to ensure smooth logistics and return/refund processes.
- Collaborating with operations and customer service teams to resolve escalated cases and improve customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining supply chain performance dashboards to provide daily, weekly, and monthly visibility.
Requirements
- Analyze internal and external data (generally with SQL, Python, Excel)
- Ability to identify root causes of operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in developing and maintaining performance dashboards is a must.
- Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable recommendations for the operational team.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Time management to deliver deadlines
