About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to lead our Innovation team in the Blockchain and Digital Assets domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technology and digital assets, combined with a passion for driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of blockchain and digital asset strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in blockchain and digital assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technologies into our business processes.
• Drive the adoption of blockchain and digital assets across the organization.
• Manage and execute projects related to blockchain technology and digital asset initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of leading and implementing successful blockchain projects.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital asset markets.
